And it’s called the Alex.

Based on the roundabout price of Photoshop, it makes for a good indicator of “how does this price relate to that of standard professional software?”. I’m not sure about the usefulness of the linear scale, however. When you spend $12k on “enterprise” stuff (yes, I know, bad), do you truly care about $50 more or less? And when, conversely, you spend $25 on a utility, don’t an extra $5 make or break the decision?
