I’m Sören Nils Kuklau, a 22-year old German looking to emigrate to the US sooner or later.
On the internet, I’ve had ‘chucker’ as my nickname for pretty much as long as I can remember. I made the word up as a young child around age 10 under a very non-internet-related context. I don’t think it matters any more how, and why, my nickname came to be — it’s just well-established as referring to me. In any case, there’s a place where I explain it in more detail.
At some point early in the morning on April 1st, 1984, I was born in the hospital of Achim, Germany. Shortly before, the Macintosh was introduced, and since my birth, the Berlin Wall fell, and we entered the third millennium — all three of which happened largely influenced by me (caution: wishful thinking!), and all of which had an impact on me (yeah, that’s more like it). Lastly, I’ve received many, many comments regarding my birthday being April Fool’s Day, including joke presents and people thinking it’s not my real birthday.
